Milonov convinced, that the girl is seriously ill.
"When a person calls himself, I'm sorry, "non-binary", it means, that he has serious problems with his head, the parliamentarian says. - Also, perhaps, it also speaks of great licentiousness, that grew out of a wrong upbringing. Milonov added, that in this situation, the daughter of Efremov "can only humanly sympathize".
