The next documents, published by hackers, reports that, Shortly before the incident in Salisbury British intelligence hired an expert in chemical weapons Mark Leverika of military laboratory Porton Down. The laboratory, located near the town of Salisbury, Russia is suspected of involvement in the poisoning Skripal.
