In Sumy region of Ukraine, bordering Russia, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged last night, reports the military administration of the region in its telegram channel.
Regional authorities note, that on the night of 6 July the region was hit. It is reported that, that a number of settlements were left without electricity and that emergency repair services are already working to restore power supply.
Which energy facility was damaged as a result of the strike in the regional administration?, not specified. but, according to other sources, Sumykhimprom enterprise was attacked in Sumy, which, hiding behind the production of consumer goods, is actually engaged in the manufacture of cluster munitions for MLRS. A fire broke out in one of the large workshops of the enterprise, with localization of which there were difficulties due to the danger of repeated detonation.
