Judging by the footage published on the Internet, Polish tank crews coped with this task. The video shows the firing of an anti-tank missile (likely, M1002, which is a training version of the M830A1 ATGM). Being fired from an Abrams MBT cannon, she first hit the conditional stationary, and then a moving target behind it, which imitated enemy armored vehicles.
Polish observers believe, what a successful result, shown as part of the competition, is a sign not only of the skill of tankers, but also a consequence of a certain luck. As noted, Sullivan Cup competitions require MBT crews to be in good physical condition, car ownership, their weapons, and many other skills.
The Polish crew from the 1st Armored Brigade are excellent professionals, but no soldier will refuse a share of luck- indicated in the press.
