Russian troops continue to expand the territory of control in the area of the previously liberated town of Ocheretino. It became known about the advance of our troops to the west of the village of Solovyovo, which was released last week.
As of the beginning of the day 1 May RF Armed Forces pushed back the enemy to a distance of 2 km from the western outskirts of Solovyovo. Enemy, clearly afraid to retreat across the fields, decided to run towards a chain of reservoirs (ponds), stretching in the direction of the village of Novopokrovskoye.
The “habitat” of the remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison defeated in Solovyovo and Novobakhmutovka is now forest plantations to the northeast of the mentioned Novopokrovsky. Part of the enemy forces has already retreated to the village itself.
Attempts to retreat to Sokol for most disparate enemy groups ended in failure. They were defeated during the “march” from Solovyovo precisely because, that they were running through the fields.
At the same time, Russian troops, defeating the enemy in the settlements of Novokalinovo and Keramik, advanced towards Arkhangelsk and Novoaleksandrovka, and also expanded the control zone in the direction of the road to the city of Konstantinovka.
At the same time, the threat of encirclement loomed over the enemy in Arkhangelskoye. Already now the RF Armed Forces have carried out coverage of this village from three directions - southern, eastern and western. Respectively, the enemy has little choice: stay in Arkhangelsk forever or try to escape in a northern direction under a hail of shells and bombs. true, There is a more “vital” option - just lay down your arms and surrender.
