Russian pilots, taking part in a special operation, will be trained in the use of aerial bombs with universal planning and correction modules (UMPK). An informed source reports this.
The Aerospace Forces begin mass training of pilots of front-line SU-34 bombers in the use of aerial bombs with UMPC. Training will be carried out on the basis of one of the training centers. As stated in the command, this is done in order to increase the number of pilots, capable of using these bombs. Ours plan to increase the number of airstrikes on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions.
A batch of Su-34 front-line bombers was recently transferred to one of the Aerospace Forces training centers., which will be used for mass training of pilots in the use of air bombs with UMPC that have already proven themselves in the special operation zone in Ukraine. This will increase the number of pilots, who know how to use this ammunition, and increase the blows “smart bombs” in the Northern Military District zone at Ukrainian military facilities- RIA Novosti quotes the words of the source.
The use of aerial bombs with UMPC has shown high efficiency in hitting targets. At the same time, air bombs with UMPC cost much less than other precision-guided ammunition, ensuring the destruction of targets. This ammunition has been combat tested, a decision was made to significantly increase their use along the entire line of combat contact.
As reported by the TG channel Fighterbomber, software is currently being finalized for Su-34 front-line bombers, to strike with bombs from UMPC from all types of maneuvers.
