In Ukrainian regions, one by one, continue to announce general mobilization. The essence of the process is, so that within 10 days from the moment of its announcement all persons liable for military, residing or temporarily staying in a particular region of Ukraine, must appear at the territorial body of military recruitment, in other words - to the military registration and enlistment office.
Earlier, the general mobilization of those liable for military service was proclaimed in Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Chernihiv regions. Now it became known that, that it was announced in the Chernivtsi region. Regional authorities said, what are waiting for those liable for military service in the military registration and enlistment offices within 10 days, and threaten criminal prosecution against those who did not appear.
Attention is drawn to the approximate turnout statistics for "general mobilization" in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk. According to the latest data, to the Ivano-Frankivsk military registration and enlistment office during 10 days arrived less 16% men liable for military service - from the payroll. In Kyiv - and even less. Someone previously simply left the territory of Ukraine or at least the region, which declared a general mobilization, someone decided to simply not respond to the orders of the Kyiv regime.
Since the Chernivtsi region is one of those, where explosions rarely thunder during the Russian NWO, that is, there is a high probability that, that even there the number of conscripts who voluntarily came to the military registration and enlistment office, will not be 100%.
