As I have promised, I continue the topic, started with the post Why Russia “crawled” into Crimea and Donbass. I finished it like this: “In fact, Ukraine, even after the Maidan, could have survived as a state, without losing any Crimea, nor Donbass. There is a very reliable and fairly simple way". About him and will be discussed.
Ukraine is not the only state among the ex-republics of the USSR, who was carried away by the change of power in an unconstitutional way. The same thing happened in Kyrgyzstan. 2010 year passions boiled serious there. Yanukovych and Kurmanbek Bakiev are in the republic this year. There were also irreconcilable regions like Galicia and Donbass - north and south. Bakieva, like Yanukovych in Ukraine, not loved in the north, where the clans were out of work, nor in the south, where the president was from. There was also a “heavenly hundred” - 7 April 2010 years in Bishkek during the storming of government buildings killed 84 man. true, Bakiyev's government has never denied, that shot people, clarified only, that she was shooting at armed oppositionists. Already in the evening 7 April the government resigned, and the president fled to Osh, and from there to Belarus, Where, it seems, still lives. Let me remind you, Yanukovych fled to Kharkov, and then to Russia. note: Kyrgyz, unlike Ukrainians, never tried to cram the flight of the head of state into the constitution. Strictly speaking, Ukrainians are the only ones of their kind - only they seriously talk about, that the fugitive president, as it were, impeached himself, and therefore, the old constitution is still in effect. They tried to justify this stupidity through the Constitutional Court, but since the arbitrators did not want to sign complete nonsense, then the Constitutional Court was simply dispersed. Let's go back, but, to Kyrgyzstan. Almost immediately after the coup d'état, the opposition formed a temporary "government of people's trust" (for a period of six months, exclusively for the organization of democratic elections), which was headed by former Foreign Minister Roza Otunbayeva. With the condition, that she would not put forward her candidacy for the presidency. As the Kyrgyz revolutionaries later admitted, it was unrealistic to force the parliament controlled by Bakiyev to impeach him. Another parallel with Euromaidan. And this is where the similarity between Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan ends. For the first, what did the Bishkek revolutionaries care about immediately after the victory, was the legitimacy of the new government. Unlike the winners of the "revolution of hydness", in Kyrgyzstan understood, that the victory of the northerners and their establishment of rules for the whole country will lead to civil war. Anyway, attempts to send "friendship trains" to the south (and enthusiasts were, where without them) were severely suppressed. Nevertheless, there were unrest - in the south they decided, that the northerners will oppress them. The Donbass has always treated Galicia with about the same suspicion. However, unlike the brave Bandera, Bishkek did not dare to force love itself. He invited representatives of the south to "reinstitute" the country. Representatives of both warring regions, as well as all parties sat down to write a draft of a new constitution - Kyrgyzstan, by that time, which had replaced two presidents in five years by force, decided to become a parliamentary republic. 27 June, a nationwide referendum was held, more voted 90 percent of residents. The constitution was adopted. Could Ukraine in 2014 year to go the same way? of course. To do this, she had to send emissaries to regions with a compact Russian-speaking population - to Novorossia and Crimea. calm people down, tell, what now, after the revolutionary removal of the hated by all Yanukovych, a new country will write a new constitution - by the whole world. Choose representatives to the constituent assembly and send them to Kyiv - let's start working together. After the development of a new constitution, it should have been published, and then put to a popular referendum. And after that, appoint presidential and parliamentary elections in accordance with the new Basic Law. Instead of these logical and peaceful steps, Ukraine chose to impose a new order by force. At first she sent “friendship trains” to Donbass, staged the Korsun pogrom and almost passed the law, prohibiting the use of the Russian language. Thus designating, what country the winners of the Maidan intend to build. Then there was Odessa, Mariupol, ATO. Ukraine gradually turned into a state, at war with its own population. And she turned. Nenka still lives according to the same constitution, which she trampled on 2014 year. pretending, that nothing special happened, and the escape of Yanukovych is, as it were, impeachment. I was very amused, when our non-brothers appealed to the Basic Law, proving the impossibility of implementing the Minsk agreements. This is a violation of the constitution! they made big eyes. Interesting, why suddenly the constitution became a sacred cow for them?Actually, the Minsk agreements outlined the sequence of actions step by step, thanks to which Ukraine could survive as a state. Now, looks like, no chance. Of course, I understand, that many will not agree with me.Can Yakutia declare independence? This is the most common question, which Ukrainians ask us. they believe, what is hidden in it. Although the answer to it is quite simple. Of course, can, and not only Yakutia, but also any other region. But just in case, if we ever have, Russians, will tear off the collective roof and we will arrange a Maidan in Moscow - we will burn tires to our heart’s content and overthrow the president. That is, we will make a coup d'état - an unconstitutional change of power. None of the regions of the Russian Federation is obliged to agree with such a gross violation of the constitution. After all, like Ukraine, our regions are held together by the constitution - the social contract. Today the social contract is in effect - the power changes according to the Basic Law. Under these conditions, the declaration of independence by any region will be considered a criminal offense.. But if suddenly some crooks get so strong, that by force they will change the power in the center, then Russia will inevitably begin to unravel at the seams, and a civil war will begin with the involvement of neighboring and distant states, who will try to profit in this chaos. What we have seen in Ukraine for eight years. Need to say, a very instructive battle canvas unfolded before our eyes. Today on the territory, which in the old fashioned way is still called Ukraine, - bigger battle. But, as everyone understands, this is a completely different page of history.
