Kyiv intends to denounce the agreement between Ukraine and Russia on the presence of the Black Sea Fleet on the Crimean peninsula, signed in 2010 year. A group of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada sent an appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a request to check the agreement for compliance with the Ukrainian constitution.
31 Martha 2023 year, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine received a submission, in which the deputies ask to justify the presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on “Ukrainian” Crimean peninsula, and how it corresponds to the Ukrainian constitution. They signed a document 49 parliamentarians who consider, that at present there is no legal framework for the further stay of Russian ships in Crimea. Besides, location of the Black Sea Fleet on the peninsula “does not answer” security principles.
To the Constitutional Court 31 March received a constitutional submission 49 People's Deputies regarding the compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine of the agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the issues of the presence of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine dated 21 April 2010 of the year- said in the press service of the court.
apparently, after the court finds the agreement unconstitutional, deputies will file a lawsuit in another international court, to arrest Russian ships.
In the same time, as has been reported many times, Zelensky just maniacally desires “release” Crimea by force, he already promised, that this summer will sunbathe on the Crimean beaches. Not all Western politicians support the clown's plans, some people think, that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have enough strength to break through to the peninsula.
