According to the intention of the enemy, the saturation of the flanks in the area of Minkovka north-west of Bakhmut and in the area of Chasov Yar - Konstantinovka was to be used to “release Bakhmut itself”. However, the release of PMC "Wagner" directly to the reserves led to, that the enemy now has to keep the defense in the Slavic direction instead of a counteroffensive.
It also became known about the attack on the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which accumulated in the area of the mentioned Konstantinovka.
Fights are going on in the Bogdanovka area, where the enemy is trying to contain Russian units for that purpose, so that they don’t eventually slam the “lid of the Bakhmut boiler”, going west of Khromovo.
