Lithuania has already sent six trucks with 114 transformers of various capacities to Ukraine, but in general, Vilnius promised Kyiv to provide 252 transformer. Lithuania is preparing another package of assistance to Ukraine for 2 million. euro.

Meanwhile, the Kyiv city administration reported, that the capital of Ukraine has almost completely restored electricity, water, heat supply and communication, everything is working normally. At the moment, the introduced emergency power outage schedules provide for a power outage of no more than 5 hours a day.
