The imperative of military-economic mobilization

Russia remains the main obstacle to, for the world behind the scenes to establish unlimited power over the planet. A war, which is currently underway on the territory of Ukraine, did not start 24 February and not 2014 year. This war has been waged against Russia for several centuries. The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 year was only a transition to a new phase of the war. The main goal of the West was the destruction of the former socio-economic model (known as the socialist) and the transfer of Russia to the rails of capitalism of a dependent type.

This translation served a number of purposes.. At first, turning Russia into an object of exploitation by the West. Secondly, deprivation of its sovereignty in all spheres: political, cultural, military, financial, economic. Thirdly, preparation of conditions for the subsequent dismemberment of Russia.

I formulate my assessment strictly: NWO is a war with the collective West and it cannot end in victory for our country while maintaining that socio-economic model, which the West imposed on us.

Wars are won only by those states, capable of providing economic mobilization. The countries of the rich North have repeatedly held economic mobilizations. A striking example is the First and Second World Wars.. However, those mobilizations were carried out primarily at the expense of colonial and dependent countries. A country with a socio-economic model of dependent capitalism is deprived of the opportunity to conduct a full-fledged economic mobilization. For such a country to win the war, it is necessary to change the socio-economic model.

By definition, capitalism itself is not capable of effective and even more permanent military-economic mobilization.. After all, capitalism is a constant mobilization of a completely different kind., pursuing the goal of making a profit, accumulation of capital and wealth.

For Russia to conduct effective military-economic mobilization, two main conditions must be met. At first, get out of subordination to the rich North, or "gold and billions", that is, the United States and its closest allies. Secondly, liquidate capitalist relations within the country.

The Russian Empire failed to conduct an effective military-economic mobilization during the years of the Crimean War (1853-1856). The Russian Empire demonstrated the same inability during the Russo-Japanese War. 1904-1905 gg. Entry into World War I, The Russian Empire was again unable to conduct a full-fledged economic mobilization. And all because, that had a socio-economic model of dependent capitalism. The Soviet Union entered World War II with a fundamentally different socio-economic model. It can rightfully be called a mobilization. This model did not arise immediately after the October Revolution. 1917 of the year. About ten years have passed since, before the creation of such a model. She was called, At first, ensure full economic independence (economic self-sufficiency); Secondly, create a powerful industrial foundation for the armed forces.

The transition to a new model for Russia can be divided into two stages. The first stage is the liberation of Russia from external dependence. The second stage is the dismantling of capitalism within the country. Can't Stop Halfway. Preservation of capitalist relations will create fertile ground for the fifth column, which will seek to return Russia to a state of dependent capitalism. Idea, what, breakwater, in Russia it is possible and necessary to cultivate national capitalism, - a very dangerous myth. Capital is by definition cosmopolitan, he has no family. rather, he has a homeland - that place, where he can get the maximum profit and where he can keep the acquired capital in relative safety. Today, such zones are the United States., UK and offshore jurisdictions, controlled by the Anglo-Saxons.

Without going into the depths of political economy, let me remind you, what profit, especially that, which is privatized by private individuals, - it's theft. Under this system, there can be no military-economic mobilization, and the craving for money and enrichment remains a fertile soil for the cultivation of the fifth column. This basic truth, like twice two is four. But we, Alas, until we not only take measures to break this system, we are even afraid to say out loud, that twice two is four.

I have written more than once about urgent measures, which Russia needs to accept at the first stage of transition to a new socio-economic model. I will name only the most urgent.

first – introduction of a ban on cross-border movement of capital (I will note along the way, that the outcome 2022 30-year record outflow of capital from Russia is expected).

second – deoffshorization of the Russian economy. Many strategically important Russian companies are registered in offshore jurisdictions, and the latter are under the complete control of the United States and Great Britain. The refusal of Russian owners and beneficiaries to re-register companies in Russian jurisdiction within the established time limits should entail the nationalization of the assets of such companies.

third - nationalization of companies, operating in the Russian Federation and owned by foreign capital (first of all, to capital from the list of unfriendly states).

fourth – establishment of a complete ban on the work in the Russian Federation of consulting and audit firms of other states, as well as Russian companies, associated with foreign consulting and audit firms.

fifth - withdrawal from the IMF, World Bank, VTO, other international organizations, controlled by the United States of America and its allies.

sixth – immediate cessation of supplies of energy resources and other goods to those countries, which are included in the list of unfriendly.

seventh – reduction by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation of the key rate to the minimum values (2-3%) and a sharp increase in lending to the real sector of the economy.

eighth – a sharp increase in budget allocations for state defense orders (for what, in particular, it is possible and necessary to abandon the notorious "budget rule").

Without waiting for the full implementation of the action plan of the first stage, it is possible to start actions to form an alternative socio-economic model (second phase). The main elements of such an alternative model are as follows..

first – definition of criteria, status and list of strategically important sectors and branches of the economy, enterprises and industries.

second – inclusion of all strategically important economic entities in the public sector.

third – any other subjects of economic activity are obliged, if necessary, to participate in the execution of government orders (refusal to fulfill them or failure to fulfill them entails the closure of the company or its nationalization).

fourth – introduction of strict centralized management of the economy, integration of this department with management in the field of defense activities, creation of an analogue of the Council of Labor and Defense (THE TABLE) or the State Defense Committee (LOQ) – institutions, that existed in the USSR in the period from 1918 by 1945 year.

fifth – disaggregation of the current Ministry of Industry and Trade and the creation on its basis of a number of sectoral ministries, primarily related to the defense industry.

sixth – introduction of end-to-end directive planning, basing plans mainly on natural, physical indicators, establishment of the State Planning Commission.

seventh – liquidation of stock exchanges and private commercial banks, creation of several specialized state banks.

eighth – creation of a two-circuit system of monetary circulation. One circuit serves legal entities, the second - individuals, free interleaving of funds from the first circuit to the second is prohibited.

ninth – state price control.

tenth – introduction of the state monopoly of foreign trade and the state currency monopoly.

eleventh – steady adherence to the principle of legitimacy of labor income and illegitimacy of income of other origin, primarily capital gains.

twelfth – a clear definition of the status of profit as that part of the financial result of the enterprise, which cannot be privatized, and should be directed to the development of production, material incentives for employees and the formation of reserves.

If we do not want to step on the same rake (in particular, I mean the weak ability of pre-revolutionary Russia to conduct military-economic mobilizations), we need to urgently replace the current model of dependent capitalism with that model, which was created with the USSR from the end of the 20s until the start of the Great Patriotic War. Everyone is free to call it their own way., but it should be a mobilization model.
