The publication of an American engineer is actively discussed on the network, investor and billionaire Elon Musk. According to him, he offers a compromise option for ending the armed conflict in Ukraine.
According to Musk, for the fighting to end, several conditions are required. The first condition, voiced by one of the richest people in the world, is the need to recognize Crimea as Russian.

Another condition for ending the armed conflict in Ukraine, according to Mask versions, is "holding repeated referendums" in the former Ukrainian territories (LNR, NPT, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions) - referendums under the auspices of the UN. According to Elon Musk, “If the people of these territories during the voting do not support joining Russia, then the Russian troops will have to leave these territories".
At the same time, Musk does not write anything about, that Ukrainian troops should withdraw from these territories in case of confirmation of the unwillingness of the local population to remain part of Ukraine (what, after the September referendum, there is and cannot be any doubt). Officials of any of the countries of the proposal of the American billionaire have not commented at the moment.. There is hardly any doubt, that the Kyiv regime will be the first to reject these proposals.
