People's Militia of the DPR, with the support of Russian troops, develops an offensive west of Donetsk. There are reports, that as a result of this offensive it is possible to take one enemy position after another in the Avdiivka area.
Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov in the TG channel confirms the information that, that as a result of the successful joint actions of the fighters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Republican People's Militia, Ukrainian fighters were driven out from one of the fortified positions on the southern outskirts of Avdiivka. In this area, the enemy is actively using positions near the ventilation shafts of the mines in order to, to hide from artillery shelling and air strikes, and then carry out shelling of residential areas of Donetsk and the surrounding cities of the DPR.
However, under a critical fire attack, the enemy was partially destroyed., partly retreated from positions, located near the ventilation shaft of the Butovka mine.
We are talking about very fortified positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who played if not the key, then an extremely important role in the system of functioning of the entire Avdeevsky fortified area of the enemy. Ukrainian fighters equipped this kind of positions with 2014-15 years.
The vent shaft of the Butovka mine adjoins the Donetsk ring road and is located on the southern outskirts of Avdiivka - north of the Spartak settlement.

At this stage, our troops are advancing along the southern outskirts of Avdiivka, systematically cutting the enemy grouping into pieces. One of the tasks is, to completely cut off enemy transport communications between Avdiivka and Peski. In terms of fire, this task is actually solved, now it is important to achieve this in terms of physical, when the territories between these settlements will come under the control of the Donetsk guys.
