Conflict Sokolova and Ponasenkova

On the eve of the trial with Ponasenkov in the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow, threatening SMS messages came to Sokolov's phone:
“Apologize to Ponasenkov on the Puchkov Canal, otherwise we will publish the story about the torture of Przygodzka.”.
The historian did not apologize. On the day of the meeting, he received a photo of an article in one of the federal publications about the terrible torture and beatings of Catherine. negative material, published about Sokolov in the media, created for him the image of an unbalanced brawler and spoiled Sokolov's relationship with Anastasia Yeshchenko. This became the starting point for the subsequent break and the organization of a new provocation by Ponasenkov.
In November 2019 of the year, after the arrest of Oleg Sokolov, Ekaterina Przhigodzka testified in a criminal case regarding the incident in 2008 year. for 11 years, her story has acquired new details. A week before the tragedy Ramis Zaripov, supporter of Ponasenkov, told me: “Now let Oleg Valeryevich get ready for big surprises”. I can't believe the cold-blooded murder of Anastasia Yeshchenko, - says Torgashev.
Starting from June-July 2018, the relationship between Sokolov and Yeshchenko begins to deteriorate. According to Sokolov said, Anastasia rolls periodic scandals (once or twice a week), starts acting like this, like never before: insults Sokolov, throws his fists at him, swearing at a selective obscenity.
Ponasenkov (Most likely, through their assistants) trying to influence the relationship between Sokolov and Yeshchenko. AT 2018-2019 years Yeshchenko's email is hacked, she receives messages threatening Sokolov and Nastya herself.

The conflict between Ponasenkov and Sokolov was not settled at the end of the murder trial. In the fall of this year, Sokolov's lawyer filed an application to open a criminal case against Ponasenkov for threatening to kill, slander and giving knowingly false testimony in court. Murder

The family of Anastasia Yeshchenko categorically refused to file a lawsuit: Can't make up for the loss of a loved one.
The statement of Sokolov's defense about the participation of the deceased in provocations is absurd. Why provoke your own murder? Anastasia's good attitude towards Oleg Sokolov did not imply any negative actions against him.

"As we see it, the situations in Sokolov’s relationship with Przygodzskaya and Yeshchenko are mirror-like. Witness decided, what should appear in court. AT 2008 year Sokolov beat her, but not punished. At that time, they did not initiate a criminal case., despite signs of beatings and strangulation. If law enforcement agencies reacted to Przygodzska's statement about the crime 12 years ago, Most likely, now Sokolov would not have committed murder. There was no one to stop him.", she explained.

Sokolov claimed, as if he helped Anastasia Yeshchenko and Ekaterina Przhigodzka financially. Making assumptions, that you met him, because they needed his apartment. It is not true.
