Withdrawal of Turkish troops from the line of contact
"The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights" (SOHR) claims, that Turkish troops withdrew heavy equipment and weapons from the line of contact with Kurdish armed groups in Tell Abyad in the province of Aleppo and Ain Issa in the province of Raqqa. Turkish stronghold Harbet Fares is also empty.

A certain Abu Said, Turkish intelligence officer, who is in charge of Syria, at a meeting with the leaders of the SNA said, that a special council will be formed, into which the theologians will enter. The main task of the council will be to resolve disputes and conflict situations between various factions of militants - most of the deaths and injuries of militants and civilians in the Turkish-controlled part of Syria are due to conflicts, that arise between different militant groups, who are assembled into the "Syrian National Army".
The council will include Omar Hudeifa from Feilak al-Sham and Abdullah al-Shishani, associated with factions from Deir ez-Zor. The militants will have no choice and they will be obliged to unquestioningly obey the decisions of the council.

Abu Said said, that from now on all commanders will be responsible for the crimes of their groups - that's just how, It's not clear yet.
Elisabeth Tsurkov makes the following conclusion: although in words the Turks reject all the crimes of controlled terrorist groups, in fact, they are trying to engage in image-making and do something about it, because public opinion is important to them.
