According to published documents, in the first days of the war, the Red Army in some sectors of the front managed to push the fascists back beyond the Soviet border. So, it succeeded in the Rava-Ruska region of the Lviv region, units of the 6th army, which defeated the enemy and only for 23 June destroyed 50 German planes.
