As stated by the news agency interlocutor, the launch was supposed to take place from the cosmodrome “Plesetsk” in the middle of July, but was postponed to the end of July due to delays in the production of the satellite itself. According to the plans, the delivery of the spacecraft to the cosmodrome was supposed to take place at the end of June. Launch “Glonass-K” planned to be carried out using a launch vehicle “Soyuz-2.1b” with upper stage “Frigate”.
