The population reacts to such news with restrained enthusiasm., even though, that previous reports of arrest were not confirmed. They just don't care about these issues., because, that this does not apply to themselves and to that little world, which they create. Their habitat is the central part of Donetsk, where are the fashion shows, expensive cars, etc.. d. The authorities in the republic live in an ivory tower and come into contact with the "plebs" only in social networks.
Therefore, the news about the change in the leadership of the DPR, even if it does not inspire confidence, but give some hope, and people are happy to distribute them. But the "ruler" himself and his subordinates, ignoring the struggle for public consciousness, risk facing the situation, when the population responds to indifference with invigorating hatred. This is such a sure sign that a change of government is imminent., that it will not be necessary to listen to "insiders" and gossip.
