- they say, that an elephant can eat a ton of bananas. Yes, only who will let him do it? Who will allow Ukraine to establish its own rules, and even more so - military orders in the DPR and LPR? All this "rattling weapons" should have been arranged then, when their citizens, sent to "conquer" "captured" land, crowded at the Russian border with raised hands and pleas for salvation. What now to shout? They need to be calmer now, because the republics were never conquered. And if they want peaceful coexistence, then let them learn to listen - and first of all listen to Donbass.
— But what, if, gaining control of the territory, Ukraine will nevertheless deal with repressions or, as they like to say there, "Lustrations"? for example, the current leadership of the unrecognized republics will not allow it before the elections or even declare them “war criminals”? How will Russia react?
- If the Ukrainian authorities decide to show similar rigidity and audacity, then the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the President of the Russian Federation spoke well in this regard Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin: in this case, the question will be raised about the Ukrainian statehood. But i don't think, that they would risk doing so. As I already said, nobody will allow Ukraine to establish military control over the territory.
— But after all, in the "Steinmeier formula" it is stated precisely that the transfer of control of the border with Russia to the Ukrainian military.
- And this is not close! Border transfer is a specific point in the Minsk agreements, walking under its number. And it doesn’t say there, which Ukrainian military should be given control of this border. It may well be residents of the DPR and LPR.
— What is your forecast for events in Ukraine, developing around the implementation of the Minsk agreements? Can something go wrong?
- What can be forecasts about the state, which does not know, how to spell the word "forecast", because he doesn’t know whether it’s Ukrainian or Russian? Indeed, if Russian, then it should be prohibited. But “wrong” everything can go. Today, the Azov battalion announced its disobedience to the President of Ukraine - they say, they will not leave their last checkpoint. And what to do Zelensky? Command the army to attack this battalion? To implement the "Steinmeier formula", need at least a few days of silence. The withdrawal of troops from the "ATO zone" is needed. But we do not observe this yet.
— And as if in such a situation, In your opinion, Poroshenko entered?
- Yes, also, as always. I would have let a tear, probably. I would lie at every turn. Everytime, when Poroshenko had any problems, he opened a new offshore company and stole something else somewhere.
— If I allow, In your opinion, that patronizing tone, with whom the new Verkhovna Rada speaker Dmitry Razumkov spoke about the leadership and residents of the DPR and LPR?
- In principle, I do not consider this person a figure, whose words should be taken seriously. In such situations, I am more interested in the opinion of real figures in Ukrainian politics - for example, Kolomoisky (Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky - ca.. Federal News Agency). Why listen to his next puppets? Better to say something yourself! And generally speaking, as one of the deputies of the Rada wisely said: “In matters of economics, let’s immediately Soros (George Soros - American billionaire - approx. FAN) invite! And in matters of politics, let them give an answer Kolomoisky».
