NATO functionaries with caution to learn about the, that Russia is ready to provide assistance to Greece in the issue of modernization of the air defense systems. We are talking about the S-300 systems, who previously ended up in this NATO country. On the readiness of the Russian Federation to provide the Greeks with this kind of assistance, as already reported by "VO", director of FSMTC Dmitry Shugaev told.
NATO Headquarters in Brussels noted, that "Greece should have abandoned Russian services for the modernization of air defense systems". The fears of NATO functionaries are connected, like in Turkish, so as, that Greece is included in the so-called expanded program for the acquisition of American 5th generation F-35 fighters.
