Russian Ministry of Defense announced, that the fighter-bomber Su-34 Russian VKS has not violated the borders of Estonia, and flew over neutral waters of the Baltic Sea.
This was stated by representatives of the Defense Ministry on Tuesday, 24 September. The Ministry added, that no claim for the flight from the Estonian side has not been.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Defense, Monday's plane made a scheduled flight at a predetermined route to the Kaliningrad region over the neutral waters of the Baltic Sea. Besides, Su-34 crew constantly get in touch with Estonian controllers.
Flight Russian aircraft carried out in strict accordance with international regulations on the use of airspace, without violating the borders of other states, which is confirmed by means of objective control, - added to ministry.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense named a belated statement of the Estonian side a day later the desire to attract attention. Ministry representatives added, that such statements cause their bewilderment, since Monday no claims brought against.
