List of participants of the doctrine as follows (in addition to Georgia):
Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Norway, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Turkey, US and UK. No cost and without the participation of troops from Ukraine.
Total is contributing 14 nations, two of which are not part of NATO (Ukraine and Georgia), but really want to get there (at least, authorities).
