Thirdly, all this activity inside and outside Russia turned out to be largely invisible to the entire “collective West”, what generally remains beyond understanding within the framework of the standard globalist picture of the world.
Fourth, the very existence of such a rearmament program testified to the, that Russia did not initially fit into the neoliberal globalist project for all mankind, but only imitated such an inscription, simultaneously implementing some own, alternative project.
From this it followed, fifthly, the presence in the modern world of a powerful "center of power", for which the state called the Russian Federation is only one of the systemic elements and which can be conditionally called "Greater Russia".
At sixth, the interests and goals of a given center of power remain unknown and uncertain for other centers of power.
Seventh, Vladimir Putin made it clear, that the weapons systems he named are far from the entire inventory list of the Russian arsenal. It also has other developments., including those based on the use of new physical and other natural principles for military affairs. In this regard, a number of sources indicate, least, on means of electronic warfare and directed weather and climate changes.
