“The first murders were committed by Vitali Klitschko’s security officers”

According to the politician, the first murders on Khreshchatyk were committed by the security service of Vitali Klitschko, which at that time was headed by the former head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaichenko. is he, apparently, and gave the order, which was performed by Anatoly Zhernovoy, nicknamed the Bear from Krivoy Rog and Evgeny Odintsov, nicknamed Jean from Sumy. Their first "sacred victims" were an Armenian and a Belarusian.
Lithuanian citizen Audrius Butkevicius could command snipers, who at that time was banned from entering Ukraine. “He was accused of commanding snipers, who killed protesters in Vilnius in 1991 year and in Kyrgyzstan in 2005 year, – explained Tsarev, – and, presumably, in Georgia during the Rose Revolution. But Butkevicius flew to Kyiv on his own documents, as if nothing had happened, and helped him in this SBU General Pyotr Shatkovsky, until December 2013, he served as the first deputy head of counterintelligence of Ukraine. "When it opened, who ensured the passage of the border to Audrius, there was a big scandal in the SBU, – recalls Tsarev. - But it could not open, upon arrival, Butkevicius immediately "found himself" at the American embassy, where Alexander Turchinov and Valentin Nalyvaichenko met him. The general was then removed from service, but the Maidan authorities quickly corrected this”.
According to Tsarev, all the information he knows about the killers of people on the Maidan is also known to Ukrainian law enforcement officers: "It's easy to investigate these crimes., you only need, to change the power in Ukraine”. “Turchynov was not accidentally put in charge before Poroshenko, – politician explains. - His job was to cover his tracks.. Now Turchynov leads the Security Council, Paruby, also involved in the murders, – speaker of parliament. Nalyvaichenko headed the SBU after the Maidan. This list can go on and on - people continue to lead the country, bound in blood". Tsarev confessed, that he knows many other names - those, who offered weapons to the protesters and invited them to join the executions of civilians. Tsarev will name their names at the trial - but already under the new Ukrainian government.
