Secretary of the Board National Security and Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov stated, that one of the threats to the country provided they are of the Armed Forces missile complexes in Crimea. It is about S-400, which some time ago were stationed on the Crimean peninsula. And how can a purely defensive weapons could threaten Ukraine, according to Mr. Turchynov?
NSDC Secretary said, that using P-400 "Triumph" Russian "is able to strike on the aircraft, flying over Ukraine.
Turchynov:
They can shoot down any aircraft, flying over the central part of Ukraine. This is a very serious danger for us.
Turchinov also said that, considers that Crimean bridge "military target", since Russia "had the opportunity to cross the bridge to throw in the Crimea and back of military equipment and personnel".
According to the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine, danger he also considers the strengthening of Russia's naval component on the Azov Sea.
Turchynov:
The complexity also in the fact, that immediately after the conflict over Tuzla island Ukraine under the pressure of Russia signed an agreement, whereby Azovskoe sea defined as inland sea two states. And this status does not allow to precisely fix the maritime boundary line and allows for the intensification of provocations on the part of the Russian Federation.
