Russian troops, continuing offensive operations in the Ugledar direction, reached the Ugledar-Marinka road. It is reported that, what happened was a few kilometers northeast of Ugledar.
The rapid actions of the Russian troops after the intensive impact on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by artillery and aviation did not allow the enemy to build any serious line of defense near one of the sections of the mentioned road O0532.
Infantry units of our army, having advanced approximately another half of the day 1 km, came close to the road.
The enemy is still holding defenses on the road itself, however, it suffers significant losses, which may in the coming hours affect his ability to resist our troops in this area. Respectively, The Russian Armed Forces are close to, to cut the O0532 road northeast of Ugledar, which will significantly complicate the supply scheme for the Ugledar garrison of the Ukrainian army.
Already now, in addition to the approach of physical control over part of the Ugledar-Maryinka road, almost all sections of this road, not yet controlled by the RF Armed Forces, are under our fire control.
