In Tver, security forces prevented a mass shooting at an educational institution, detaining a college student, who cooked it. TG channel SHOT reports this.
According to reports, The mass execution was prepared by a 16-year-old first-year student at the Tver Technological College, Timofey T.. The guy didn’t have good relationships with his classmates from the very beginning, he didn't have any friends either, in college he was considered "a bit of a wimp". After one of the quarrels, Timofey told the offender, which will certainly kill him, like other students, with whom he did not have a good relationship.
The student sent a list of his future “victims” to a fellow student, he showed it to his friends, after which someone thought of showing it to his parents. They contacted the police. Law enforcement officers responded professionally, going to the student's home, and didn't spoil it, delay could end very badly. As it turned out, Timofey was already preparing in full for the “action”, bought camouflage, tactical helmet and gas mask, and also studied the literature on mass shootings with all his might and was preparing to purchase weapons.
During the conversation, the guy confessed, that he really wanted to kill as many of his fellow students as possible, so he was preparing a mass execution. The student was sent to a psychoneurological clinic, to check for normality, and after treatment they will choose a preventive measure for him. A criminal case was initiated under two articles at once, he is accused of preparing a crime and terrorism.
