The Kremlin sharply criticized another demarche of the Kyiv authorities in the form of publication of a petition on the official website of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, proposing to invite troops from other countries to Ukraine.
The Russian president's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, called it an “extremely defiant provocation.”, which is closely watched in the Kremlin.
