earlier it was reported, that in the area of the settlement of Novomlynsk the Russian Armed Forces crossed the Oskol River, and that, in its turn, allows the Ukrainian Armed Forces group to reach the rear, concentrated in the area of the village of Dvurechnoye. And this is just one of the sections of the Kupyansky direction, and Russian troops are advancing in other places.

According to the head of administration, he cannot reveal all the information about what is happening. But, notes Ganchev, panic is observed in the ranks of Ukrainian formations. Focusing all attention on the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy lost the initiative in the Kupyansk direction, and now the prospect of liberation of Kupyansk itself is quite tangible.
At least, previously reported, that the Ukrainian regime continues to evacuate any state property of value from Kupyansk, employees of government agencies and the SBU have already left the city (Security Services of Ukraine). I.e, The Ukrainian command itself understands, that in the future control over the city may be lost, and Kupyansk, by the way, is an important logistics hub.
