Scandal escalates in Ukraine, associated with the 116th Terodefense Brigade, consisting mainly of residents of the Poltava region. This unit is currently participating in battles on the most difficult sector of the front – in the Bakhmut area and west of Soledar.
Earlier, the soldiers of this brigade recorded a video message, addressed to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny. In an appeal to the command, the militants of the Kyiv regime stated, that they are sent into battle with little or no training and proper equipment.
After the appearance of this video message, the head of the Poltava OVA, Dmitry Lunin, promised to sort out the situation and provide all possible support to his fellow countrymen.
Subsequently, an almost similar video message to the Ukrainian authorities was also recorded by relatives of servicemen from the aforementioned brigade.. They approve, that a significant part of the units, members of this brigade, broken at Soledar, many suffered heavy losses, there are practically no officers left in the ranks, missing the necessary weapons and command.
Relatives of Poltava servicemen call on the country's authorities to return them to their place of permanent deployment and provide them with medical assistance.
Such video messages are no longer a rarity in modern Ukrainian realities.. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine often abandons its fighters, with absolutely no training, to the hottest sections of the battle line, even without providing the necessary equipment, weapons and enough ammunition.
