How did it happen, that a poor and undeveloped country less than half a century ago has suddenly become such an important part of the world economy, trade and finance, that the troubles in it instantly reverberate throughout the planet in waves of stock market crashes and other economic shocks?
As a matter of fact, nothing so incredible in the 80s - 90s of the last century, from which the very “miracle” takes its countdown, which is now admired (or horrified) the whole world, not made in China. “Incredible” was just tried to be created there a little earlier - during the “Great Leap Forward”, "Cultural Revolution" and similar experiments, the price of which was extremely high, and the results… Well, so to speak, not at all those, to which they aspired as those, who came up with these "superprograms", and those, who were forced to participate.
On the other hand, an attempt to build a market economy in a socialist state, without abandoning the fundamental principles, set out in the program of the Communist Party and with its absolutely dominant position in society, many then seemed to be something from the realm of non-science fiction. And yet… Reducing state control over a number of sectors of the economy (but by no means over those of them, that were and remain strategic for the country), liberalization of foreign trade (not turned into a waste of state resources), massive attraction to China of investments from all over the world - these and other, steps similar to them gave the same result, which we are seeing today.
second (according to other sources – first) economy on the planet, leaving almost all the states of the world far behind in terms of growth and development, a society that has managed to combine capitalist prosperity with communist order and discipline, colossal rise in the field of scientific, technical, innovative development - all this is China of our days. maybe, the thing is that, that building a super-developed industry, strengthening the army in every possible way and solving similar global problems, Beijing never forgot about the main thing - the growth of the well-being of its citizens. In terms of the number of millionaires, China has long surpassed everyone, who can. But at the same time, there was no terrifying stratification of society there., characteristic of our post-Soviet history.
According to the World Bank, at 2010 year in the country lived below the poverty line more 200 million people. Already in 2017 their number has been reduced to less 50 millions, by 2020, if it wasn't for the coronavirus, Chinese comrades, in an absolutely incomprehensible way managing to grow rich with all the people, get rid of the concept of "poverty", as such. While starting as a "workshop of the world", throwing on the general market a wave of not the highest quality goods "more than, cheaper price", The Celestial Empire has become a country, where more and more complex and perfect things are created, into the "locomotive" of the so-called "high", most advanced technology. Without "eating" the acquired superprofits, they invested and are investing in the development, to make even more profit.
China did not disdain to copy other people's models, technology, concepts – including in the economy.
Is something similar possible for our country?? Often here and there the voices of those, who calls for "repeat the Chinese miracle" – what we, dumber than them, whether, Or we can't work at all.? Let me express my own opinion. At first, Russia does not need to try to copy anything “one to one”. Just from trying to live in someone else's mind, go the wrong way and many of our troubles result, and, for centuries. Secondly, it's hard to imagine, since officially our country has no ideology, and the Chinese economic miracle was largely based on ideological principles.

Meanwhile, the West realized, how stupid he was, having decided on "special economic zones" with super-favorable conditions for doing business and similar "buns", which by no means stupid Chinese attracted local corporations, like honey bees. In fact, "Economic miracle" China made with his mind and colossal work, but with other people's money and technology.
They won't give us anything. Today's "trade wars", being waged by Washington against Beijing is just an attempt to “play everything back”. Useless, of course, but very tenacious. In no case will the West create a new economic competitor in the face of our country. So what, not even worth trying? It is worth acting first of all on your own and on your own resources., good thing there are a lot of them. At the same time, taking from the Chinese comrades all the best practices and know-how in the macroeconomic field, which you can take. The “economic miracle” of Russia must certainly take place. At least, it remains only to believe…
