Central and Western Europe has covered the strongest in recent years, heat. Killed eight people. France set a new temperature record.

The hottest weather is in the south of France and Spain. There are several consecutive days the temperature rises above 40 degrees. In the north-east and in the central part of Spain, the situation is complicated by wildfires.
