The teachings of the Russian fleet on rescue at sea, as well as the Norwegian fleet will take place in the Barents Sea 28-29 May. This was reported by the press service of the fleet.
The Norwegian-Russian exercises on rescue at sea "Barents-2019" will involve a rescue vessel "Altai", IL-38 and Ka-27PS Northern Fleet. Exercises will be held in the Varanger Fjord in international waters, and on the border between Russia and Norway, which runs along the sea.
The Northern Fleet will actively take part in the episode, which is connected with the rescue of people at sea. During the exercises will work out joint actions of search and rescue of people in distress and to eliminate environmentally hazardous incidents.
