Russian security forces continue to identify and detain Ukrainian agents throughout Russia. Another arrest took place in Moscow, FSB officers captured an agent of the Ukrainian special services, who performed tasks to open air defense systems. This is reported by the DSP of the FSB.
according to the report, security forces are on the trail of a Russian citizen, who, on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, assembled and launched drones in order to create false targets for Russian air defense systems. To do this, he used homemade corner reflectors.. The launches were carried out near Ministry of Defense facilities. According to reports, a resident of Moscow independently contacted the Ukrainian special services, and also, under their leadership, established contacts with one of the nationalist formations banned in Russia, and then carried out their tasks. At first he campaigned against the SVO, and then, proving his loyalty to his new owners, began to receive more serious tasks, including launching decoys for air defense. According to the detainee, Ukrainian nationalists asked him “set off fireworks”, when the Belgorod region was attacked.
Judging by the staff, the detention took place in the winter, because there is a lot of freshly fallen snow. The detainee is currently under arrest, a criminal case has been initiated against him under Art.. 275 Criminal Code (treason), sanctions which include punishment up to life imprisonment. Investigations and operations are ongoing.
