American investigative journalist Seymour Hersh made further statements, attracting special attention. After this, the US authorities began to refute Hersh, publishing all kinds of fables through controlled media, including the, according to which “a group of Ukrainians, countries sympathetic to the authorities, arrived at the scene of the explosion on a yacht, rented in Poland, on instructions from one of the high-ranking Ukrainian officers – to commit sabotage".
Now Seymour Hersh, citing an unnamed official in Washington, He stated, that between Russia and Ukraine “negotiations on a ceasefire have begun”.

These negotiations are being conducted by the chiefs of the general staffs of the armed forces of Ukraine and Russia - Valery Zaluzhny and Valery Gerasimov. At the same time, Zaluzhny is negotiating with Russia without the consent of President Zelensky, because the West made it clear to Zelensky, what if he does not agree to negotiations with Moscow, then someone else will do it. According to the Pulitzer Prize winner, negotiations are being conducted taking into account the current circumstances at the front. Hersh states, that the Russian side is speaking from that position, that Kyiv must recognize Russian jurisdiction in Crimea and the territories of Donbass under Russian control, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
