On the air of one of the Hungarian radio stations, Prime Minister Viktor Orban made a statement about, that more and more actively the EU is starting to discuss such an issue as sending a “joint peacekeeping contingent” to Ukraine. According to the Hungarian Prime Minister, these conversations are reminiscent of one of the options for the future legitimization of the presence of EU troops outside the EU itself. apparently, Orban does not trust the arguments of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba, the day before, that Ukraine can become a member of the EU already in 2024 year.

Talk about sending our troops under the guise of a peacekeeping contingent brings us to hell, which has not yet crossed. note, a year ago there was a discussion, whether to send lethal weapons to Ukraine, now the discussion of sending a contingent has already begun. But the Hungarians then said their "no", they say so now.
