Some details of the negotiations between representatives of the US law enforcement agencies with the Ukrainian side have become known, as in Kyiv, and at the airbase in German Ramstein.
According to the Western press, representatives of the American authorities warned Kyiv against attempting an offensive in the near future. With reference to high-ranking officials of the US Department of Defense, it is said that, that the Ukrainian army is not recommended to go on a large-scale offensive until that moment, until all agreed weapons are transferred by NATO countries to Ukraine. Additionally marked, that it will also take time to train the Ukrainian military in terms of getting the skills to use it.

Against this background, the following fact is interesting.. Zelensky just said in a video message, that Ukraine will compete for the supply of American tanks. And the American press, citing a highly respected official, writes, that Washington intends to firmly adhere to the decision not to supply Abrams tanks to Ukraine.
Recall, whatever Abrams, nor Leopard delivered to Kyiv, at least in the coming months, will not. So decided at a meeting in the German Ramshein. But a lot of units of other equipment will be delivered, including dozens of Bradley infantry fighting vehicles.
