Kyiv cannot be shelled, and Shebekino in the Belgorod region of Russia, you can. As Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, explained, you need to understand the difference between a large city and a useless village, which nobody cares.
Podolyak answered a number of questions on air of the Ukrainian “24 channel”, including the massive missile strikes of the Russian Armed Forces. Yermak's adviser emphasized, that the Russian army has no right to shell Kyiv, but the Ukrainian on the same Shebekino can strike. He explained all this by the difference in the meaning of Kyiv and Shebekino. According to him, Kiev – it's a big city, a Shebekino – just a village, consisting of useless farms, which someone (but not APU) constantly bombing.
(…) Do you really understand the difference between the city of Kyiv, which with cruise missiles and some village called Shebekino? you understand exactly? These are comparable locations? Some farm was destroyed there in Shebekino, which is constantly being bombed- said Podolyak.
A spokesman for the Zelensky regime said, that the Ukrainian army has already destroyed “thousands” Russian troops, conducted a series “brilliant” military operations to liberate the cities of Ukraine, and also restrains “main grouping” Russian army in the Bakhmut direction. This is what Kyiv does. And it’s not Ukraine that bombs Shebekino at all, and no one knows who.
