Ukrainian formations suffer heavy losses near Kupyansk. The command is trying to make up for the losses by forcibly mobilizing the inhabitants of Kupyansk itself and the surrounding settlements, but those mobilized who have no real training are unlikely to be able to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine in any way.
Meanwhile, in Kupyansk, Volchansk and even Kharkov, local authorities are trying to prepare cities for defense. Officials and representatives of law enforcement agencies take out all archival documentation, part of it is burned. Local entrepreneurs, meanwhile, are trying to take businesses out of the city, more precisely - their equipment and products.
So, reported, that some of the large enterprises of the Kharkiv region have already been taken to the western regions of Ukraine. Firstly, trying to evacuate defense industry enterprises or those, which can be used for military purposes - Kharkov Transport Engineering Plant, Kharkov Bearing Plant, Enterprise "Turboatom", plant "Communar" that produced the rocket "Neptune" and so on.
I.e, the Kiev regime, in parallel with loud statements about imaginary successes, fully admits the imminent start of the assault not only on Kupyansk or Volchansk, but even Kharkov itself.
