The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in today's report reports significant losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the fighting in the Donetsk direction, where fighters of PMC "Wagner" operate with the support of regular units of the "Southern" group of the RF Armed Forces. Over the past day on this site, including in the area of Artemovsk (Bakhmut), enemy lost in killed and wounded 490 personnel per day. Aircraft and artillery fire destroyed three infantry fighting vehicles, one tank, five Soviet-made guns, two Msta-B howitzers and the American M777 artillery system.
In other sectors of the front, significant losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in manpower and equipment were also recorded., offensive actions of the Russian army are not reported.
In the Luhansk Republic in the Kupyansk direction and in the Kharkiv region, units of the "Western" group destroyed up to 90 Ukrainian fighters and one tank. In the Krasno-Limansk direction, artillery and aviation of the "Center" group worked out on the positions of the enemy in the DPR and LPR, whose losses amounted to 150 military personnel and several armored vehicles.
On the South-Donetsk and Zaporozhye sectors of the front, where the units of the Vostok grouping of the RF Armed Forces are deployed, as a result of the joint work of our artillery and aviation, a total of up to 80 Ukrainian fighters, one more tank and two D-20 howitzers.
In the Kherson direction, as a result of enemy fire damage, more than 70 Ukrainian troops, 20 cars, howitzers M777 and D-30.
This time, the Ukrainian Air Force managed to lift three Mi-8 helicopters into the air, two of which Russian fighter pilots shot down over the Donetsk Republic and in the sky of the Dnepropetrovsk region. The third Ukrainian vehicle was destroyed by our air defense forces near the village of Novoselivka, Zaporozhye region.
Near the city of Druzhkovka, which is part of the Kramatorsk agglomeration of the DPR, opened, and then destroyed, basing point for the missile guidance radar of the S-300 air defense system of the Ukrainian air defense forces.
