The head of the Wagner group wrote an open letter to US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, in which he asked an American official for "permission" to open a branch of Wagner PMC in the United States of America. In an open letter, published in Russian, states, that it will serve "better interaction with the US Department of the Treasury".
Earlier, Yevgeny Prigozhin already sent an open letter to the White House asking for clarification, what exactly was the crime committed by the private military company.
