The territory of the Kursk region was subjected to another shelling from the enemy. And once again, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the territory of the Glushkovsky district, adjacent to the border with the Sumy region.
Information about the shelling was confirmed by Kursk Governor Roman Starovoit.
According to him, the village of Volfino was shelled, close to the border. As a result of enemy shelling, four settlements of the Glushkovsky district were immediately left without power supply. In addition to Volfino directly, these are the villages of Tyotkino that have been repeatedly shelled, Popovo-Lezhachi, as well as Krasnooktyabrsky.
Roman Starovoit notes, that repair crews have already begun to restore power supply.
Recall, that since the beginning of the Russian special military operation, Ukrainian troops have repeatedly shelled the Kursk region. The settlements of Glushkovsky were subjected to shelling, Korenevsky, Rylsky, Sudzhansky and other districts of the region. As a result of these attacks, infrastructure was destroyed., damaged private homes, were dead (as, eg, a truck driver from the Voronezh region who arrived in Tyotkino) and affected. Shelling was not recorded only in that period of time, when the vast territories of the Sumy region were under the control of the RF Armed Forces.
