The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the success in several settlements, including the liberation of the village of Lobkove to the west of Orekhovo. At the same time, Russian troops at least entered the settlement of Malaya Tokmachka, liberating the village of Belogorye. In this way, the enemy grouping in the Orekhovo area falls into the operational pincers of the RF Armed Forces, being compressed from three sides - from the south, east and west. There is only one way - defeat or retreat in the direction of the Taurian, North.
The representative of the administration of the Zaporizhzhya region Vladimir Rogov said that, that during the day the Russian army advanced in the Orekhov area by about 7 km.
At the same time, the total area of the territories of the Zaporozhye region liberated per day exceeded 160 sq.km..
Vladimir Rogov notes, that during the offensive, at least seven settlements were liberated (these include the mentioned Pubic, Belogorye, Malaya Tokmachka and other villages in the vicinity of Orekhovo).
At the moment, the enemy is trying to regroup and build new lines of defense, understanding, that with the further development of success at such a pace, Russian troops can reach the administrative center of the region – the city of Zaporozhye – within a few days.
