It is worth noting, that the “Civil Contract” faction is the ruling faction in Armenia, that is, such sentiments dominate in the entourage of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

In the 1990s in Yerevan, according to Arsenyan, considered Russia's military presence "saving" for the country. But Turkey, as noted by the deputy, never threatened Armenia. Therefore, if Russian troops leave the country, Turkey will become a "common neighbor" for Armenia.
