Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki said today, that Warsaw does not plan to transfer Leopard tanks to Kyiv. This is how the head of the Polish Cabinet of Ministers commented on information leaked earlier in the media about, that the Polish authorities expressed their readiness to send Leopard tanks to Ukraine 2.
At this stage, we do not intend to transfer our tanks. Poland is not going to do it on its own without a broad coalition, Morawiecki stressed, actually making it clear, what if someone does this, then Warsaw can support him.
According to the head of the Polish government, Warsaw is currently in discussions with other countries about the possible creation of a broad coalition, whose member countries will supply Kyiv with heavy weapons. The Polish leadership is already conducting appropriate negotiations in this regard with representatives of Germany.
