The publication bases its conclusions on data, that the Ministry of Energy of the country has already rejected a number of proposals for the purchase of black gold. It is noted, that failures are due to too high oil prices or non-compliance with specifications.
The US Department of Energy said, that the selection of proposals for the February period will no longer be carried out.
Recall, that last month the Ministry of Energy announced, that is preparing to replenish strategic oil reserves, having purchased up to three million barrels of oil.
