The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine released information today, that the head of the department Kirill Budanov spent two days in Artemovsk - 27 and 28 December.
The head of the GUR visited the forward positions, talked to spetsnaz officers, says in the telegram channel of the Ukrainian law enforcement agency. He also listened to the reports of the unit commanders, defined tasks and rewarded especially distinguished servicemen.
As always, as evidence of a visit by a high-ranking Ukrainian official to one of the hottest spots on the front, a photo report is published. And again identify by pictures, that Budanov visited Artemovsk, does not seem possible. Although, to exclude this fact would also be wrong.
It's alarming. Okay, current President of Ukraine, traveling around the country and allegedly visiting troops on the front line, it is not customary to touch for higher political reasons and, probably, it is expedient: Zaluzhny will be no better. But what did the main military intelligence officer of the enemy deserve "indulgence" from the destruction, if he really spent two days in the city, under close fire control of the RF Armed Forces, not quite clear. doubtfully, that Budanov's Russian "colleagues" did not know about his arrival in Bakhmut, if, of course, this actually happened.
