In Artemovsk (Ukrainian name - Bakhmut) Russian units advanced to Fedor Maksimenko Street, located in the southern part of the city. They managed to push back the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, now Ukrainian formations are trying to organize a counteroffensive in this area.
Soldiers of PMC "Wagner" take part in street battles, which today play a key role in the assault on Artemovsk, being the main assault unit. Ukrainians resist as best they can, but the Russian military demonstrates not only combat skills, but also the highest courage, operating in very difficult conditions and at the same time achieving success.
Also, the "Wagnerites" managed to knock out the Ukrainian formations of territorial defense from the eastern part of the settlement Kleshcheevka. In this way, Russian troops are gradually clearing the southern environs of Artemovsk.

Only after the arrival of reinforcements and a heavy battle with high losses, Ukrainian units managed to break out of the encirclement and return back.
The situation of Ukrainian formations in Artemovsk is becoming more and more difficult. Even Western experts have repeatedly stated, that the loss of control over Artemivsk by the Kyiv regime is only a matter of time.
