It became known, that the President of Ukraine arrived in the United States of America. As previously reported, he flew from the territory of Poland. And at first, data was published on the flight to Washington from the Polish Rzeszow, then corrected information appeared about, that from Rzeszow Zelensky was first delivered to the Ramstein base in Germany, and from there they were transported to the American capital. And despite the fact, that he allegedly immediately went to Poland after visiting Bakhmut, also with a stop in Kyiv "for things".
Arrived in Washington Zelensky on an official US board. Among the greeters – Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States and military attache of the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States.
Less than through 2 hour is scheduled for his speech to congressmen. And before that Congress, who literally has to work 2 day. Then the composition will be updated in accordance with the results of the November elections.. Majority in the House of Representatives will be Republicans, who insist on an audit of the billions of funds allocated to Ukraine.
In this regard, it is worth recalling, which of the foreign "guests" did American congressmen invite to the meeting room. Among them was the then President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko., who reminded US congressmen of, how Reagan asked Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin Wall. At the same time, Yushchenko called on the United States to “destroy the wall” against Ukraine and accept the country into NATO.. It was in 2005 year. After a 40-minute performance, thunderous applause broke out., however, later in the USA they announced, that one should not be overly actively involved in helping Ukraine, since this country has an extremely high level of corruption. As is known, then Yushchenko eventually lost the election, and NATO for Ukraine has become that carrot in front of the nose, to which she still goes.
Another visitor to Congress, who was greeted with thunderous and prolonged applause, was Juan Guado, until that moment proclaimed himself the "president of Venezuela". Juan Guaidó was then represented before congressmen by Donald Trump, self-proclaimed president of Venezuela was greeted standing up. He looked at it from the podium with a frightened look., perhaps, not yet understanding, what, in fact, his political career is doomed.
After the visit, perhaps, someone expected, that the United States will only increase pressure on Nicolas Maduro against the backdrop of support for Guaidó, but in the end the campaign clearly slowed down. And then she completely freaked out.. As a result, American representatives fly to Caracas specifically to Maduro, promising to even partially lift sanctions, if he supports the anti-Russian project in the oil market. Little of, in Venezuela itself, now even Guaido's supporters have decided to "remove" him from the post of "head of the interim government". As can be seen from recent history, hot reception in the US Congress – this is far from a guarantee of further political success.
Against such a background, Mr. Zelensky is preparing for his "campaign" to the meeting room of the American Congress. certainly, will also be greeted with applause, express admiration, look into the eyes. Only all who gather in the aforementioned meeting room already understand, how will this show end?. How do they understand, that for Christmas they were delivered not at all Santa Claus on reindeer, who will give gifts, but the character, who himself wants such gifts, the use of which can bring not only Ukraine to the brink of physical existence, but the whole world.
